To me, a hospital’s purpose begins with the people it is intended to serve: people carrying questions, worry and hope. I founded Elysian Medicals with a deep concern for their health, dignity and wellbeing.
Elysian Medicals operates under Recon Hospital. Its stated facility capacity is 40 beds, with four modular operating theatres, a two-bed neonatal intensive care unit and a four-bed intensive care unit.
My focus is on the management and organisation around care: how services are coordinated, how teams are supported and how a healthcare enterprise keeps its human purpose in view.
