The person behind the purpose
Adeyemo
Akintunde Nifemi.
I am a healthcare management consultant with over a decade of experience. My work is driven by a passion for people’s health, dignity and wellbeing.
My story

My purpose begins with people: mothers preparing for a new life, families finding their way through healthcare, and communities hoping for care closer to home.
I want the organisations I build to reflect care in the way they are shaped, the questions they ask and the people they keep in mind. Compassion is the reason for the work; thoughtful management is part of how I seek to put it into practice.
I am the founder of Recon Hospital and Elysian Medicals, and CEO and founder of Recon Community Clinic. I am also a co-founder of TendHer. Through Surgic, Preggo and Motherhood, my work extends into health technology, antenatal education and WhatsApp support for new mothers.
As a Certified Management Consultant, I care about people’s experiences of healthcare as well as the systems and decisions around them. Maternal and child health is especially close to my heart, shaping the purpose behind Preggo and my involvement in TendHer.
I serve as co-founder and chairman of Nifemi Ife Adeyemo Foundation, known as NIA Foundation. Its work brings together scholarships, healthcare support and care for children and people facing hardship. For me, giving back means recognising the person behind the need and responding with dignity.
Alongside this, I write and record gospel music as Psalmist Nifemi. I am the singer behind Mofofayo (Live). My releases also include Burst Alabaster Box and the 2025 album PSALMS 151 (Extended Psalm of the Psalmist).
Whether I am working on healthcare systems or writing a song, my driving force is a love for people and the hope of making a meaningful contribution to their lives.

I welcome conversations with people who care about health, maternal wellbeing, community support and music that speaks to the heart.
